I'm about to start querying. I was going over my list of agents and realized both of the agents who rep the comp titles mentioned in my query are on my to-query list. Is it okay to query the agents of your comp titles?

It is totally okay to query the agents who represent your comp titles. Given that they represent these books, it's safe to assume that they like this type of work. This also shows you've done your homework and you know who represents these titles.
