MSWL: I'm seeking lyrical, literary writing (give me all the metaphors), complicated characters, bittersweet endings, and neurodiverse and queer casts (especially protagonists along the aroace spectrum). I also love books with mystery elements, interesting magic systems, science-based magic or magic-like science, and any romance should be the slowest slow burn you can offer. A few favorite reads I'd love to see comped are The Locked Tomb series, THE LIGHT BRIGADE, BABEL, and THIS IS HOW YOU LOSE THE TIME WAR.
