E.C. Myers
E(ugene).C. Myers is the author of numerous short stories and books. His novels include the Andre Norton Award–winning Fair Coin; The Silence of Six (a 2016 YALSA Top Ten Quick Pick for Reluctant Young Adult Readers); and the RWBY young adult novels, most recently Roman Holiday. He was assembled in the United States from Korean and German parts, and raised by a single mother and a public library in Yonkers, New York. His science fiction and fantasy short stories have been published in magazines and anthologies such as A Thousand Beginnings and Endings, Mother of Invention, Behind the Song, Kaleidoscope: Diverse YA Science Fiction and Fantasy Stories, and others. He also co-writes Realm’s serialized podcast Orphan Black: The Next Chapter. Eugene attended the Clarion West Writers Workshop in 2005 and is a member of the writing group Altered Fluid. He is represented by Eddie Schneider at the JABberwocky Literary Agency.
